At Be Blessed Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, weā€™re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used fitness equipment.

  • Digital/downloadable products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@beblessedfitness.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once processed, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

  • If you havenā€™t received your refund, please check with your bank before contacting us.
